Assistant professor of the economics of the family and finance for sustainability at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá, Colombia. Her work is grounded in relational ontology and critical realism as metatheory. She advances interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research on socio-economic transformations with a special interest in explaining the structural, cultural and agential causal mechanisms, their interplays, and how their interactions condition societal change, with an orientation towards contributing to the achievement of flourishing societies.
