Ph.D. in Political Science and M.A. in International Cooperation, with experience in research, teaching, and consultancy in international cooperation, Latin America–Asia relations, and quantitative analysis of development aid. He has published extensively on comparative diplomacy, Chinese and Taiwanese cooperation strategies in Latin America, and power dynamics in the Global South.
