Personal profile
Jaime Andrés Bayona has been affiliated with the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana since 2009 and is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration. He teaches in the undergraduate program in Business Administration and the Master’s program in Sustainability Management, and conducts research in the fields of organizational behavior, human resource management, and corporate social responsibility.
He has carried out various research projects on topics such as job design, internal corporate social responsibility, teaching methodologies in management, and the philosophy of human resources. He is the director of the Organizational Behavior Research Group, classified as Category B by Minciencias.
Professor Bayona’s main research interests include critical management studies, corporate social responsibility, and the interaction between human resources and philosophy.
Over the years, Professor Bayona has published a significant number of original articles (with more than 600 citations) in prestigious, peer-reviewed international journals.
