N2 - Constructing, renovating, and demolishing activities generate large amounts of debris which put a tremendous pressure on depleting landfill space. Improper disposal of construction and demolition (C&D) debris cause negative impacts on the environment and public health. This research was undertaken to engineering a composite material that using recycled crushed concrete aggregate, natural aggregates and Portland cement can develop the strength, durability and aesthetic quality for landscape and hardscape applications. The study is aimed toward assessing the performance of the composite material that allow to save in material costs by using recycling aggregate instead of expensive and often scarce virgin aggregates.
