Paradigmas y políticas económicas en el Este de Asia y Latinoamérica

In recent decades, East Asian countries have had spectacular growth, and Latin American countries, have shown mediocre growth which has made them lag. This result is a consequence of the paradigm that has guided the East Asian countries and that has guided their development strategies and economic policies. So that it does not continue to lag, Latin America should change the paradigm, the strategy, and the economic policy. The new options should solve the old challenges and those that are emerging in the changing technological and geopolitical context. What Latin America does will determine its future development.
