The construction of the criteria takes as a starting point an analysis of documents focused on the characteristics of the methodologies, which are derived from the PMBOK, P2M and ZOPP guides, being the previous ones, the guides handled in the United States, Japan, and Germany, respectively; then, the characterization of the typologies of the projects is generated; the characteristics of the aforementioned guides are contrasted with the typologies of the projects; and finally, the proposal of criteria is determined, for the selection of methodologies congruent with these typologies of projects through a structural analysis of cross impact.
