Resumen

We built an interactive system to replicate an expedition to ancient Perú, where a Pyramid from the Chimú culture (1000 - 1470) was found. We favor the understanding of an ancient cultural event through an easy and natural gesture-based interaction by transforming the role of the user. Traditionally, technology-based virtual environments at museums that display object reconstructions, old landscapes and cultural artefacts allow visitors' navigation, observation and picking of objects.
