Personal profile
Profesor del Departamento de Economía desde el año 2003, donde ha tenido a cargo los cursos de Microeconomía, Teoría de Juegos, Econometría, Evaluación de Impacto y Economía de la Salud. Es economista de la Universidad del Valle, master of Arts in Economics de Georgetown University (USA) y Ph.D in Economics de la Universidad de Kansas (USA). Sus trabajos de investigación están dirigidos al área de Microeconomía aplicada, específicamente economía del conflicto, economía de la salud y evaluación de impacto económico. Actualmente dirige el semillero de investigación SPADE (Semillero de Investigación de Procesamiento y Análisis de Datos) y hace parte del grupo de investigación ECGESA (Categoría A1 de Minciencias).
