The Research Incubator in International Criminal Law (ICL) and Transitional Justice (TJ) is a training space where its members can acquire specialized knowledge and develop skills that allow them to independently deepen the study of ICL problems and the challenges posed by its implementation at the national level. particularly in TJ contexts, in which national prosecution of international crimes comes into tension with peacebuilding. Specifically, the Incubator aims to contribute to the reflections within the framework of the line of research on Criminal Law and Criminology of the Research Group to which it is attached, on the relationship between national and international criminal law, with a view to peacebuilding. In this sense, the research student group also constitutes a space for dialogue between professors and students, interested in the challenges of criminal law in the face of contexts especially.
