Resumen

Este capítulo ofrece una visión general de las teologías queer latinoamericanas en las dos primeras décadas del siglo XXI. Comienza destacando las importantes contribuciones de Althaus-Reid y su impacto en el desarrollo de las teologías queer en la región. Se enfatizan las ideas clave de la primera generación de teólogos queer que colaboraron con Althaus-Reid. Luego, el capítulo explora la segunda generación de teólogos de la liberación queer en América Latina, basándose en el trabajo teológico de cada autor para ilustrar la progresión del pensamiento teológico queer. Finalmente, aborda temas emergentes dentro de las teologías trans-queer, ofreciendo información sobre su desarrollo y significado dentro del contexto más amplio de la teología queer latinoamericana.
