Resumen
The aim of this chapter is to show how nature constitutes the central theme in Voces místicas de la naturaleza, of the Colombian writer, Laura Montoya Upegui (Jericó 1874-Medellín 1949). We argue that use of different rethorical figures help to establish a relationship between nature and the human with the divinity. To carry out this objective, the representation of natural components is analyzed from a positivist perspective. In another sense, we study the relationship between nature and its elements. Finally, we reveal that nature works as a means to maintain the link between the human sense and divinity. We concluded, then, that for Laura Montoya, nature is a metaphor and voice of the divinite in its relationship with the human being.
