Resumen
According to some definitions, the introduction of a paper should not only express its objectives, but also stimulate interest in a more in-depth reading and a wider appraisal. With this definition in mind, I hereby submit, for this issue of Athenea, the text that introduces my discussion on the Scientific/Colonial Logics of Knowledge: Writing, images and border issues. The key concepts and the roadmap that conform the basis of my work are presented here, as well as a simple overview of some of its strongest theses.
