Resumen

In this paper, a crew assignment model is presented for a transport of valuables company with the objective of reducing
fatigue in its operational personnel. To achieve it a workload balance is made through the effort required by each route,
the effort was measured through the heart rate and the Frimat Coefficient. Having this parameter defined a goal programming model is designed with the objective of minimizing the variation between the effort made by each person, fulfilling
the restrictions of the activity. The model's development is validated with positive results by the two evaluated criteria
