Resumen
For the design and implementation of power supplies for dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) systems, it is necessary to understand the interactions that occur between this supply and the DBD, in order to improve the non-thermal plasma processes in the final applications. This work is framed under this premise, presenting the analysis of the bipolar voltage power supply (BVPS) in DBD applications and its sizing for a parallel plate reactor at atmospheric pressure used in a test bench for particulate material treatment. A new DBD parameter identification algorithm, which uses the classical charge-voltage diagram, is also proposed to minimize the errors between the model and the experimental data.
