N2 - This paper presents adaptation aspects defined in IAM (acronym of Integrated Adaptation Model) applied to the platform "PlaSerEs". The main objective of this platform is to provide clients with information about products and/or services offered by commercial establishments in a personalized way. PlaSerEs is structured in four layers: i) the adaptation layer, ii) the general services layer, iii) the personalized services layer and iv) the application layer. In order to validate and evaluate how "PlaSerEs" works, we developed a functional prototype that can be accessed on different Mobiles Devices (MD) for a restaurant.
