Descripción
The study aims to examine the impact of overqualification on group dynamics. To date, overqualification of the employee has been treated as a predictor of certain individual outcomes. Our study will examine the intrapersonal dynamics of the issue - how does being overqualified relate to inter-personal relationships at workplace, searching the pros and cons of overqualification further and deeper.
