Missing value simple imputation using the Krzanowski method combined with Bootstrap

A common problem in several disciplines is the missing information. The propose algorithm produce simple imputation of missing values, which has no structural or distributional assumptions, so that it can be used in any area of knowledge, e.g. agronomy and agriculture.
