Mentalization analysis in a group of nursery teachers from a Nursery school in Cali The aim of this project is to promote mentalization capacity or relective function in a group of ten teachers from a nursery School of Cali, which serves a upper-middle socioeconomic status population. It also analyze the levels and complexity of mentalization reached by the teachers. This program take as reference other program implemented by the authors (Mesa y Gomez, 2013), with some adjustments. In some cases Modification of workshops and also creation of new ones, because it will increase to 12 meetings, each one of two hours. The mentalization analysis will take in to account Reading the Mind in the Eyes (Fernandez-abascal, Hair, Fernandez-Berrocal, and Baron Cohen, 2013) results and also those obtained by the method for assessment mentalizing in the interpersonal context (MEMCI) Lanza Castelli and Bilbao (2011). according to the findings of this project it could be possible to think in it as an effective training strategy for nursery teachers. a program that helps teachers to provide a responsive care to the childrens with whom they work (Virmani and Ontai, 2010), and in the same time understand the parents of the kids (amoros and Portabella, 2001). This is considered of great importance since enrolling in the objectives of the law early childhood (Ministry of Education, 2011) and the Program Zero to always.
