Knowledge Sharing in Business Education: Systematic review

Planteamiento del problema y justificación This is the first systematic review in relation to the topic of knowledge sharing in business education. Twenty three years have passed since the publication of the first article on the area in the Scopus and Web of Science databases and it is pertinent to evaluate how the subject has evolved. Objetivos de la Investigación General: The purpose of this Project is to investigate the historical development and current state on the subject knowledge sharing in business education. Específicos: 1) To identify the evolution of the topic knowledge sharing in business schools applying the lifecycle theory (Chanchetti et al, 2016). 2) Identify the number of publications and number of authors per year. Pertinencia The project is relevant to understand what business schools can do to improve students¿ training. Besides, the project uses analytics and data mining, technological tools promoted by our Faculty. Resultados Esperados Contribution to the global investigation of the topic with the first systematic review. Contribution to the strengthening of the new group in Organizational Behavior of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. A publication in an indexed journal An academic paper in an international conference. Students Participation A student of our program will participate as research assistant.}
