Descripción

Pontificia Universidad Javeriana will participate in the contract awarded to UCSF, which aims to identify genetic risk factors for Alzheimer¿s disease (AD) and frontotemporal dementia (FTD) in diverse populations in Latin America (LA). Additionally, the project will provide training to clinicians in LA to enhance their understanding of AD and related diseases and improve their ability to diagnose AD and FTD and provide training to enhance the computational genetics expertise in the region to promote research innovation.
