Factores individuales que inciden en la intencion emprendedora del empresario born global: analisis del rol mediador de la actitud emprendedora.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the mediating role of the entrepreneurial attitude in the relation between individual factors and entrepreneurial intention. In addition, this research tries to analyze the entrepreneurial intention of the Born Global´s entrepreneur, combining several individual factors and studying the mediating role of the entrepreneurial attitude. This article uses 400 Born Global companies in Colombia through a multi-group of structural equations model.
