Descripción

The franchise model growth and its importance in business development justify to research about the variables that determine the satisfaction of those involved in this system. Specifically, further analysis of the variables that determine the satisfaction could provide information to those leading brands on the franchise model. In this project, variables like procedural and distributive justice, affective commitment was analyzed and its effect on the level of satisfaction. The moderating role of the type and quantity of enforcement used by the franchisor to explaining the relationships presented in it will also examined .For analysis of the data, a structural equation modeling (SEM) will be used, to analyze all relationships simultaneously. also, we use regression model to analyze in depth the influence of the background of any of the variables to explain. The conclusions will be an important contribution to help improve relationships and productivity in the franchise system in Colombia. also it contributes to the analysis of marketing business to business or industrial marketing.
