Ethical challenges in coaching - Insights from Colombia

In the context of a research that I am conducting on ethical dilemmas faced by executive coaches, I wish to integrate two cases coming from the Colombian context. Therefore, the project I am herein submitting is about conducting two interviews with two different Colombian executive coaches that will be used in two types of outlets: 1. A textbook; 2. Peer reviewed papers. In conducting these two cases, I hope to enrich the material of the cases I have already gathered through interviews with coaches based in France, UK and the USA. The topic of the interviews will be ethical challenges faced in the practice of coaching. I will be using a research protocol previously implemented to conduct the other interviews, that is the Critical Incident technique (Flanagan, 1994).}
