The international financial crisis, which has begun in 2008, has shown that it is important to develop analytical frameworks in order to identify organizational pathologies and to establish alarm signs to prevent their negative effects in the organizations like bankruptcy. One of these organizational pathologies is the organization stress which can be defined as an organization state which arrives when instability is produced by the action or presence of one or more variables belonging to its strategic dimensions and who can conduct the organization to bankruptcy (Gomez-Mejia , 2012). By means of a replication of the study protocol designed and carried by Gomez-Mejia (2012) in healthcare organization in France, and the utilisation of an adaptation of Job Stress Survey (Spilberger, 2010) this study aims to design and measure organizations stress. This work can be useful in the study of bankruptcy in healthcare organizations.
