This degree work exposes the design process of the mobile application 'Suéltala', a digital interface that allows to visualize and market the services of establishments identified with the salsa music genre in Bogota, molded to respond to the need to close the service gaps understood as the expectation of the salsero before enjoying the experience and the perception that he has after living it. Then, using the Lean Ux methodology, several hypotheses are built and prioritized according to their high level of risk and delivery of value to the customer, in this case, the musical selection is one of the main pains identified that is decided to address in the framework of this research. From this result, a prototype is designed that encourages participatory dialogue between clientele and establishment, giving the customer the opportunity to choose musical content according to their tastes.
