Abstract

The paper presents the results of a qualitative study aimed at understanding the remote school experience mediated by digital technologies for 77 boys and girls aged 4 to 7 years living in seven cities across Colombia. The research was framed around three key concepts: techno-pedagogical mediations, educational space, and children´s voice. Data was collected through group interviews that incorporated visual methods. The results highlight the importance of socialization and educational space within the context of techno-pedagogical guidelines that recognize children's participation in the teaching-learning process. The study contributes to the discussion on the challenges of incorporating digital technologies in the early years of schooling.
