Abstract
This paper examines how the criminal law punishes offenders when punishable conduct have committed against women. For this, first able I contextualize feminist theory and legal consecration of the instruments that protect the rights of women, ending with a case study, which are related to (i) the killing of Rosa Elvira Cely (Bogotá - Colombia 2012), preceded by violent sexual intercourse and torture used against her by Javier Velasco, (ii) violence sexual perpetrated by a spouse or life partner, and (iii) the “insult by way of fact”; is last name as the Colombian Supreme Court has described the shooting manipulation of female private parts.
