Abstract
This research extends the discussion about organizational climate measurement. Two new aggregation operators using ordered weighted average (OWA) are proposed based on the Great Place to Work (GPTW) scale. A numerical example compared the GPTW approach and the aggregation proposal. Results showed close aggregate valuations but differences in global valuations were obtained by one of the companies. The new operators are showed to reorder at both indicator level and per dimension. Also, they allow including the relevance given by the decision maker or an external party. Future lines of research related to OWA extensions, existing organizational climate scales, and scales using thresholds are stated.
