Abstract

Accurate dementia diagnosis requires tracking multiple biomarkers, increasing scan times and cost in an already limited MRI/PET environment. Here, we demonstrate broadband near-infrared spectroscopy as a potential alternative for simultaneous haemodynamic, metabolic and cerebrospinal-fluid tracking.
