Abstract
The present article undertakes the topic Fundamental Rights from a critic perspective that pretends to refute the founder theory of Liberal Society about the Fundamental Rights and the applications of them in a practical way. Pretends this article show that bring rights to certain communities can result harmful from the point of view of the informing to any environment and how in certain moments and taking in count that exist a point of indetermination in the nature of the rights these can be moulded to generate a meaning and reach that may respond to different interest and not only to protect the human dignity.
