Abstract
Sweetened concentrated milk has become a critical field of study, not only because of the technical characteristics of production but also because of its nutritional composition, which is currently part of a wide variety of food products. The effects of food products have turned sweet concentrated milk into a necessary field of exploration. That is why this research has the purpose of establishing a state-of-the-art of the different studies of sweet concentrated milk that allows us to see not only the other developments but also future lines of work that can be part of a research agenda through which can be structured by proposals of great investigative relevance. To achieve this purpose, a bibliometric study brings together a large amount of research in the field that accounts not only for state-of-the-art but also for the different sub-areas of study that stimulate research activity from the field of nutrition.
