Abstract

Colombian micro, small and medium-enterprises (SME) do not attain the expected results from its information technologies (IT). SME have difficulties using IT to support business processes.
In this paper we explore a new form of delivering IT to Colombian SME using Software as a Service (SaaS) business model in a different way. We propose how to adapt the SaaS business model to current economical, organizational and technical situation of Colombian SME.
