Abstract
The Systematization of the experience of the Family Advisory Project: Proposal of Spiritual Accompaniment for families in the process of mourning for the loss of a loved one, was developed with two families that are in the cities of Cali and Bogotá, who belong to the pastoral family of the Parroquia San Pío X and the program Semilleros de Fe of the Centro Pastoral San Franscico Javier of the Pontifical Xaverian University of Bogotá, respectively. The process took into account the guidelines offered by the Participatory Action Research methodology (Investigación Acción Participativa). In this way, the issue was approached from the axis of interculturality and the theoretical perspective of Bronfenbrenner's ecological model; with two transversal axes of systematization: Grief and Spiritual Accompaniment. These axes made it possible to identify through accompaniment spaces, collective workshops and activities proposed for families, the stages of mourning the stages of mourning experienced by the participants and the way in which a proposal of spiritual accompaniment directed to this type of families can be developed, based on their experience of faith and spirituality. This will favor, as Gómez (2018) mentions, the search for healing or improvement, necessary to face these events of mourning for the loss of loved ones with intelligence, deep humility and total serenity.
