Abstract
Drawing on the notion of gender arrangements, and with the participation of female victims of the Colombian conflict, the present qualitative research analyzes the types of relationships between men and women in various post-conflict contexts that were influenced by reparations policies. It argues that the transformations of these relationships are not linear but rather determined by the life experiences of the women and by the competences that they acquire, such as agency and empowerment, which translate into forms of participation, decision-making, and resource use within the domestic sphere and in collective processes of organizational and productive order.
