Abstract

It is necessary to know the empirical evidence of the relationship between happiness at work and job performance of workers has been measured. What type of happiness generates higher job performance, how has happiness’ workers been measured and how has job performance been measured when the relationships are consistent? This is the reason to perform a systematic review of literature to improve the comprehension of this relationship.
