Abstract
In 2002, the labor system in Colombia was modified due to legal reforms associated with the consolidation of the neoliberal model in the country. This article assumes this moment as a turning point, to explore how this transformation is articulated with displacements in the behavior´s governance of the crop workers at the cut flower industry in Colombia. This dissertation is founded in an analytical approach of governmentality, in dialogue with proposals of the so-called decolonial inflection in Latin America, discussing from there the continuities and displacements that occur in the forms of governmentality that operate on women workers, in two specific stages: 1995-2002 and 2002-2010, which determine the transition from an emphasis of discipline models to an emphasis on models of self-government, in the training of women workers within the industry.
