Abstract
This article mainly addresses the appropriation of technology in the classroom, as each student individually and independently adapts creatively to reflect your interests and offers some thoughts that describe components of the relationship between communities of practice and their applications in organizational communication, raised and explored in class classroom "Multimedia for organizations". The trend of development in organizations communication aimed at generating companies know how to manage knowledge, learn from the information generated internally, information of a global culture and the same community in which they interact and respond to the demands and their organizational vision, adapting it to its present reality through the creative use of different means are these interactive, printed or sent in new ways as cellular comunication for active organization comunication concerned produce effects of meaning on society.
