Realidades expandidas: Guia metodológica para proyectos transmedia de no ficción

This research project proposes the design of a methodological guide for making
transmedia and multiscreen non-fiction audiovisuals, a document that provides guidance
on the process of creating, navigating and interacting with projects in media ecosystems.
The methodology used in the research project is qualitative, based on an action-research
design. In the observation phase, a documentary review was carried out in other guides
and academic documents, as well as a diagnosis of transmedia production in the country
up to 2020. In the thinking phase, in-depth interviews were conducted with the producers
of some of the transmedia projects collected and two qualitative analysis matrices were es

tablished to determine the characteristics that the guide should have. Finally, in the action
phase, we proceeded with the design of the non-fiction transmedia architecture. The re

sults obtained allowed the construction of a guide that considers aspects such as narrative,
audiences, experiences, platforms, dissemination and planning.
