Abstract

This paper seeks to emphasize the potential of narrations as a methodological strategy. Especially narrations related to the body can be useful when recovering memories and investigating subjectivity. This is particularly true for young ex-members of armed groups, since the physical and the aesthetical as an instrument of expression and communication among youth is important for research and pedagogy. The main sources of inspiration are Leonor Arfuch and Paul Ricoeur.
