Abstract
Postsurfaces is an art project which is the first approach with the theoretical conclusions reached in my doctoral thesis. This dissertation is a study of the notion of space within the video game universe and its influence on different art practices; the conclusions defined a series of properties and relationships that conceptually constitute the digital screen as a space-material surface. With a strong theory base, I take game art as a method for conceptualizing art pieces; the practical results obtained through the concept of interactive graphic representation of the notion of post-surface are shown in this article, in which the process of the production of the artwork is a first analysis of the implications of the methodology used in this development.
