Abstract
This paper is a part of a dissertation given at the Universidad de San Buenaventura during the V National Conference of Catholic Teachers whose main topic was ‘The Educator Family and the School.” From guidelines of an Educational Action Theology their purpose is giving firstly a diagnosis of Family-School Relationships from the author's experience as a teacher, and secondly upon this diagnosis raise a number of challenges that school would have from the family and vice versa to achieve a comprehensive training project in the contemporary context. In this way, from the perspective of the Good Samaritan parable (Luke 10:25-37), we will understand that educational actions as a humanizing practice and a healing act of Being, there is not enough giving intuitive or well-intentioned reactions since it is also required having a tolerant exercise of observationcompassion-closeness in order to recognize many aspects involving both the victimization of persons within educational contexts (e.g. families, students, educators) and a healing and integration process.
