Abstract
Plasmacytomas are frequent extradural manifestations in patients with history of multiple myeloma
(MM). We present a case of a patient with past history of MM, who consulted due to neurologic
symptoms. The magnetic resonance showed an extradural mass with typical features of a spinal
meningioma: a narrow canal and compressive myelopathy. Hystopathological analysis confirmed a
plasmacytoma.
