Abstract

The author exposes the necessity of adopting Communitarism, instead of Liberalism, Republicanism and Cosmopolitanism, as the adequate ethical inspiration for Commercial Law. He uses Colombian Commercial Law and the works of Michael Sandel as the point of departure to demonstrate his argument.
