Abstract
A look is proposed around research and creation processes based on possible mediations of the body in relation to arts and education, in which co-creation is fundamental. This proposal arises from understanding curricula as part of the cultural life of those who participate in creative and educational processes.
This allows me to share a reflective perspective I have been building as an artist / professor / researcher around the knowledge of the arts, whose emphasis this time is given from the body. This is considered as an element that enhances knowledge coming from other ways of relating and perceiving the world. These other ways of knowing, land around the work with cartographies, mappings and images in which the visual narratives, the photoelicitation and the image as trigger, are concepts that articulate daily practices of artists/professors, both in creation projects, teaching and research.
In the processes of research / creation that I advance and those in which I am involved, mappings and cartographies, become narrative strategies that resignify relationships with those who participate in those processes in which critical knowledge and statements are also produced around concrete realities. In the same way the narratives that are constructed with the images (visual, aural, bodily) are counterpoint of what was reported, they try to propose a correlation taking into account what happens in the middle of the action and therefore they are not determined completely at the beginning of the research.
