Abstract

Junior Masferrer, fictional character, grandson of salvadoran Alberto Masferrer recounts a conversation he had with Nussbaum Sen, another fictional character that reflects the thinking of the american philosopher Nussbaum and economist Sen, around a topical issue in Colombia: death by starvation some children in Colombia and in general the lack of a shared food and minimum vital for all the families of our nation. Consequently the article briefly reflects on his life and updates in one synthesis, the proposal of that salvadoran citizen about vital minimum. Such dialogues figurative reference to develop from a focus hermeneutical constructivist approach. Our conclusion is delivered thus: It is necessary the misery of a percentage of the population for a Latin American nation like Colombia continue growing?.
