Abstract
This manual is the product of the experience of a group of professionals with extensive experience in veterinary diagnosis and food safety, who, after working together and with the desire to contribute to knowledge on the subject, offer a document that will make it easier for laboratories to obtain specific data for the serotyping of Salmonella spp., especially since this is one of the main bacterial agents causing public health problems both in humans and in other animals.
