Abstract
Secondary amyloidosis is a complication of chronic inflammatory diseases, however it is unusual in systemic lupus erythematosus, and few cases have been reported in medical literature. We present a case report or a 50-year-old female patient, with history of systemic lupus erythematosus who developed neck lymphadenopathies with extrinsic tracheal compression with histopathologic examination showing secondary amyloidosis.
