LE CADAVRE EXQUIS BOIRA LE VIN NOUVEAU: UNA APROXIMACIÓN AL DERECHO DESDE SU INCOHERENCIA

The present article seeks establish a contrast between the method of collective creation created by surrealist and Dadaist artist called the “Exquisite corpse” and his relation with the law creation. The search of this article and their parallels wants to show that in the law exists a strong relation between incoherence and his creation and that this incoherence transmits in his interior in a very flagrant way. In other way, the article seeks to establish the relation in the anonymous in the work (an important element in the exquisite corpse) and the anonymous in the creation of the law. This article wants to present the creation or law like a process that not lacks of rigor, but that serves many different purposes that not only have as object the search of the complete and absolute application of the law.
