Abstract
Objective: To understand the configuration of training and reflexive processes in systemic clinical supervision mediated by virtual technologies to promote self-organization in the situation of confinement by COVID-19. Methodology: A systematization of experiences was carried out using learning process cards, self-referential protocols and reflective team as instruments. Results: Learning, challenges and dilemmas around clinical supervision mediated by virtual technologies were defined as a scenario to navigate human dilemmas and as a growth scenario for the supervisory team, therapists in training and consulting systems. Conclusions: Supervision in times of Covid-19 is recognized as an emancipatory process of standardized practices open to possibilities of change due to the pandemic which demands a genuine paradigmatic internalization with a view to recognizing the initial reluctance, blocks and fears which looked askance at the opening to virtual technologies in a clinical setting.
