La participación en una cooperativa rural de ahorro y crédito: un análisis desde la cultura organizacional

This article does an approximation to the topic of the participation in the rural cooperative in the light of the offer of organizational psychology with critical discursive orientation. Across the recognition of the organizational culture it wasinvestigated by the form like the participation is understood, the way like it is assumed this cooperative principle and the implications that it has for the partners. The managing of the information was done with the offer of discourse analysis of Ian Parker (1996). The analysis allowed the recognition of some of the logics orrationalities that circulate in the organization, besides the discussion on the topic of the power and the importance of the culture of the cooperative Finally, there are visualized the contributions that a discursive psychology can realize in the comprehension of the cooperative organizations.
